Immediate starts available Packing Operatives Required – Weekly Pay Quest Employment are currently recruiting Confectionery Workers to join a busy and friendly bakery production team based in CV21. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and an immediate start in a clean and well-organised environment. The Role As a Confectionery / Baking operative, your duties may include: • Packing freshly produced bakery items to quality standards • Labelling and boxing products ready for dispatch • Preparing finished products for distribution • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the work area • Working efficiently as part of a supportive and positive team • Following production and hygiene procedures • General production duties as required Key Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who are: • Reliable and punctual • Comfortable working in a busy production environment • Able to follow instructions and procedures • Able to work as part of a team • Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7 • Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday • Able to work the 7:30am – 5pm shift Previous packing, production, bakery or food manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
