Reach Truck & Counterbalance FLT Drivers – Burton Latimer Location: Burton Latimer Role: Temporary ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent Quest Employment is currently recruiting Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT Drivers for our client based in Burton Latimer! We have opportunities available across morning, afternoon and night shifts. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position with additional company benefits following successful completion of the temporary period. Pay Rates & Shifts Morning Shift Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm £14.06 per hour Afternoon Shift Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm £14.69 per hour Night Shift Sunday – Thursday: 10:00pm – 6:00am £15.71 per hour Key Responsibilities Operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT equipment safely and efficiently. Moving, loading and unloading stock around the warehouse. Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations. Picking and moving stock accurately to meet operational requirements. Completing general warehouse duties when required. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Following all site health and safety procedures. Requirements Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT. Valid external or in-house FLT licences are accepted. Good awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures. A reliable, hardworking attitude with good attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer? Competitive hourly pay rates.
