We are recruiting on behalf of an independently run tea room and restaurant based in Radlett, Hertfordshire. Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, freshly prepared dishes within a relaxed yet professional dining environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and takes pride in consistent, well-executed food. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and step up in the Head Chef's absence.
