Our client, a well-established grower and distributor of vegetable products, offers a welcoming work environment and fantastic growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, youll play a vital role in supporting operations across various tasks, including: Trimming, packing, checking, and labelling vegetable products. Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of your work area. Following Health & Safety procedures diligently. Meeting daily productivity targets. Flexibility is essential as duties may vary and include loading, sorting, grading, intake, boxing, and palletising. Shift Details: Day shift:7:00 am to finish (up to 10 hours). Flexibility required to meet operational demands. Pay Rates: Before 12-week probation: £11.44 per hour for the first 48 hours weekly. Overtime (over 48 hours weekly): £14.30 per hour (1.25x rate). After 12-week probation: £11.44 per hour for the first 42.5 hours weekly. Overtime (over 42.5 hours weekly): £14.30 per hour (1.25x rate).
