Quest Employment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, processing lease agreements, and handling tenant relations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, scheduling necessary services and ensuring timely completion.
- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective property management.
- Collect rent, enforce lease agreements, and manage delinquencies.
- Conduct property inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions, tenant interactions, and maintenance activities.
- Market vacant properties, screen potential tenants, and negotiate lease terms.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fair housing laws, and property management best practices.
Monday to Friday - Flexible hours
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of financial statements and budgeting principles.
- Must have own transport (mileage is covered by us).
