Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Manufacture timber products to customer specifications.
- Pick, sort, and organise materials to support production.
- Carry out general production, yard, and manual handling duties.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Learn new skills through ongoing training across different areas of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or yard environment (preferred but not essential).
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to following health and safety procedures.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Side Loader Forklift Licence
- Multi-Directional (Combi) Forklift Licence
