Are you great with people, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Service Consultant to join our Banbury team, looking after client accounts and finding the right people for their roles.

You'll build strong relationships with clients and candidates, understand staffing requirements and keep recruitment moving, even when deadlines are tight.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts and their day-to-day staffing needs.

• Recruiting suitable candidates and ensuring client bookings are fulfilled.

• Carrying out weekly site visits to understand requirements and review service.

• Building strong relationships with clients and the people working on their sites.

• Resolving queries and handling challenging conversations professionally.

• Finding and engaging candidates in a competitive recruitment market.

About you

• You have strong customer service and communication skills.

• You enjoy a busy environment and can manage competing priorities.

• You're confident handling conflict and finding practical solutions.

• You're organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines.

• You're proactive and persistent when it comes to finding the right people.

• You hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for client visits.
