Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Matching candidates to client vacancies
- Conducting initial interviews and candidate registrations
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients
- Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining the database
- Supporting inductions for existing clients
- Ensuring all candidates adhere to compliance procedures and are fully compliant before placement
