Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–1:00am
Pay Rate: £14.73/h

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy food production team in Bicester. The role will involve working across different areas of the production process, including ingredient preparation and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing ingredients in the kitchen according to set recipes and production instructions
  • Handling and lifting bags of ingredients weighing up to 25kg
  • Packing sauces and pickles within a high-risk production area
  • Following food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
  • Working efficiently as part of a busy production team
  • Reporting any issues or quality concerns to the relevant supervisor

Requirements:

  • Previous production or food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
  • Good understanding of English, both written and spoken, as you will need to follow recipes and production instructions
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of up to 25kg
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good attention xiskglj to detail
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
