We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing company in Banbury. The company manufactures parts for the construction industry, and this role will involve spraying selected components to a high-quality finish.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role:

  • Spraying a range of manufactured components to a high standard
  • Preparing parts for painting and ensuring surfaces are suitable
  • Applying paint evenly and accurately
  • Checking finished parts for quality and consistency
  • Following correct painting and health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Working to required quality standards and production timescales

Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous industrial or manufacturing paint spraying experience
  • Be confident spraying components to a consistent, high standard
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Take pride in producing quality work
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information:

This is currently a short-term role for approximately 6 weeks, covering a period of sickness.
