We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Machine Operator to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a full-time temporary position offering consistent night shifts and the opportunity to develop your skills within a well-established manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating machinery in line with training and health & safety procedures.
  • Assisting with general production and manufacturing duties.
  • Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
  • Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues.
  • Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred. Machine operating experience would be advantageous. FLT (Forklift Truck) experience or licence would be beneficial. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working permanent night shifts.
