We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Machine Operator to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a full-time temporary position offering consistent night shifts and the opportunity to develop your skills within a well-established manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, supporting production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating machinery in line with training and health & safety procedures.
- Assisting with general production and manufacturing duties.
- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Supporting other departments and team members where required.
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Machine operating experience would be advantageous.
- FLT (Forklift Truck) experience or licence would be beneficial.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working permanent night shifts.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
