We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury team, specialising in industrial temporary recruitment. You'll be trained to become a full 360 consultant, learning how to manage both clients and candidates from day one. This is a fast-paced role where you'll develop valuable skills in sales, negotiation and people management, all while being supported by an experienced team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Speaking with candidates daily and matching them to suitable roles
  • Supporting existing client accounts with staffing needs
  • Learning how to win new business and build client relationships
  • Filling vacancies quickly to meet client requirements
  • Managing bookings, compliance and onboarding processes
  • Working towards targets and developing your own desk over time
