We are looking for Onsite Shift Coordinatorto join our team at Manton Wood (Worksop, S80), supporting one of our key clients in a fast-paced food production environment.

Location: Manton Wood, Worksop, S80
Shifts Available:

• AM:6:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Shift: Monday to Friday
• Contract:Permanent – £25k – £28k OTE

Role Overview

As an Onsite Shift Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing workforce allocation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between staff and site management.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct daily check-ins with staff to ensure all shift requirements are met.
– Communicate key updates and instructions for upcoming shifts.
– Manage shift bookings, ensuring full staff coverage.
– Maintain compliance records, including fire registers.
– Track staff availability to support efficient scheduling.
– Handle urgent staffing requests and workforce adjustments.
– Conduct site visits and liaise with key stakeholders.
– Confirm candidates for upcoming shifts.
– Assist with new starter inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.
– Address queries and resolve issues as they arise.
