Problem Solverto join a busy warehouse operation in Derby. Shift Patterns & Pay 06:00 - 14:00 | £13.57 per hour Sunday to Thursday Tuesday to Saturday 14:00 - 22:00 | £13.57 per hour Sunday to Thursday Tuesday to Saturday The Role As a Warehouse Problem Solver, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving operational and inventory issues that could impact the flow of goods through the warehouse. Your duties will include: Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, damaged goods and system errors Carrying out stock checks, adjustments and reconciliations Resolving unscannable items, missing stock and location errors Identifying and resolving delays or blockages across the warehouse Supporting inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and returns Working closely with warehouse, inventory and administration teams Maintaining accurate records and system information Identifying recurring issues and helping to improve processes Escalating issues that could impact operational performance Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance About You We're looking for someone who is: Experienced within a warehouse, logistics or operational support environment Comfortable using WMS and scanning systems Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail Confident using IT systems, including Excel A strong problem solver who can investigate issues and find solutions Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexible, proactive and willing to get stuck in A strong communicator who works well with different teams Experience withininventory, ICQA, e-commerce or 3PL environmentswould be advantageous.
