Salary: £32,000 per annum, increasing to £34,000 after successful probation
Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
Training: First 3–4 weeks on the morning shift, 06:00 – 14:00

About the Role Quest Employment is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a modern, fully automated warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton.
The site uses advanced robotics and automated technology to support its warehouse operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain high standards and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will initially complete 3–4 weeks of training on the morning shift (06:00–14:00) before moving onto the permanent afternoon shift (14:00–22:00).
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team on a daily basis.
Monitor workflow and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Work closely with automated systems and robotics to maintain efficient operations.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Monitor team performance, productivity and accuracy.
Resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with management.
Support training, development and performance management of team members.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation.
Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
A good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
Ability to work with automated warehouse systems or a willingness to learn.
Flexible to complete the initial training period on the morning shift.
What We Offer Starting salary of £32,000 per annum.
Salary increase to £34,000 following successful completion of probation.
