This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone with proven warehouse leadership or supervisory experience who is confident managing teams, maintaining productivity and ensuring daily operations run efficiently. The warehouse operates using advanced automation and robotic technology, making this an exciting opportunity to develop your experience within a modern logistics environment. Please note: Previous warehouse Team Leader or supervisory experience is essential for this role. The successful candidate will initially complete 3-4 weeks of training on the morning shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) before moving onto the permanent afternoon shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm). The Role As a Warehouse Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Leading, supervising and motivating warehouse operatives Allocating daily workloads and ensuring operational targets are achieved Monitoring team productivity, accuracy and performance Supporting the smooth operation of automated warehouse systems Working alongside robotic and automated technology Identifying and resolving day-to-day operational issues Ensuring warehouse processes and procedures are followed correctly Supporting staff training, coaching and development Communicating effectively with warehouse management and other departments Maintaining high standards of warehouse organisation and housekeeping Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency
