Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Returns Administrator to join our client's warehouse and logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous warehouse, logistics or returns administration experience, looking for a long-term position on a consistent morning shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and coordinating customer and supplier returns, maintaining accurate records and ensuring returned stock is correctly assessed and recorded. The Role
As a Warehouse Returns Administrator, you will support the efficient processing of returned goods, working closely with customer service, suppliers, inventory teams and warehouse colleagues. You will ensure returns are accurately logged, investigated and processed in line with company procedures. Key Responsibilities
Processing customer and supplier returns accurately and efficiently Recording return information using WMS/ERP systems Inspecting returned products and identifying faults, damage or discrepancies Determining the appropriate action for returned stock, including restock, repair, scrap, quarantine or return to supplier Ensuring all returns documentation is completed correctly Liaising with customer service teams regarding return queries and missing information Coordinating with suppliers regarding faulty products, credits and warranty claims Working with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock records Carrying out stock checks involving returned and quarantined goods Maintaining a clean, organised and safe returns area Producing returns reports and highlighting recurring issues Supporting investigations into repeated returns, errors or discrepancies Following all company Quality, Health & Safety and compliance procedures Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or administration Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities Good organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, proactive and flexible approach Ideal Candidate
Experience with
returns processes such as RMA, RTV or warranty claims
would be highly desirable. Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration or handling stock discrepancies would also be advantageous, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting systems. Pay & Benefits
