Quest Employment is urgently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman for a busy construction project based in central Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, hardworking individual looking for consistent work over the next 8–10 weeks, with the potential to earn additional money through overtime.
Your Duties Will Include: Managing and monitoring vehicle movements within a live, occupied car park.
Ensuring the safety of pedestrians, vehicles and site operatives.
Setting up and maintaining cones, barriers, signage and safe working areas.
Assisting with deliveries and movement of materials.
Operating pallet trucks when required.
Supporting the site team with general labouring and housekeeping.
Ensuring site safety procedures are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For: Valid Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman qualification (CPCS A73, NPORS N403, Lantra or equivalent).
Valid CSCS card.
Previous experience working on construction sites, car parks, logistics yards or similar environments.
Good awareness of health and safety.
Reliable, punctual and willing to assist with general site duties.
Flexibility to work occasional early starts (potentially from 4:00am).
