Skilled Food Production Operatives Required – Weekly Pay Quest Employment is currently recruiting Skilled Packing Food Production Operatives for a well-established food production site based in Brackmills, Northampton.
The company produces seasoning and spice blends used by some of the UK's biggest food brands and retailers.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates with warehouse or food production experience who are looking for ongoing work, Monday-to-Friday shifts and the potential for a permanent position.
The Role Your duties may include:
Moving stock using PPT trucks
Accurately recording stock using tablets and internal systems
Supporting production processes in line with food safety standards
Packing and handling food production materials
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Following health and safety procedures and company guidelines
Working as part of a busy production and warehouse team
Skills & Experience Required We are looking for candidates who have:
Previous warehouse or food production experience (preferred)
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (desirable)
Experience using PPT trucks (advantageous)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Good physical fitness for manual handling
A reliable, punctual and positive attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Benefits £13.22 per hour – AM shift
£14.54 per hour – PM shift
Monday-to-Friday shifts only
