Job Description Warehouse Operative Shifts: Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm Job Type: Full-time Warehouse Operatives Required - Wellingborough Quest Employment are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based in Wellingborough. This is a hands-on warehouse role where you will support the movement, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of stock. The successful candidate will be expected to work accurately, safely and efficiently while helping maintain high standards across the warehouse. As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include: Picking customer orders accurately using scanners, pick sheets or warehouse systems Packing and preparing goods ready for dispatch Loading and unloading vehicles safely Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries Putting stock away into the correct warehouse locations Replenishing picking locations when required Supporting stock counts and inventory checks Moving and relocating stock around the warehouse Keeping products handled carefully to reduce damage or waste Supporting general warehouse organisation and housekeeping Keep your working area clean, tidy and safe Work in line with company quality and operational standards Have previous warehouse or logistics experience Understand general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch Are flexible and willing to support different areas of the warehouse when required PPT, LLOP, Reach Truck, Counterbalance or VNA Warehouse Management Systems Stock control or inventory processes High-volume distribution or logistics environments Monday to Friday shifts ~ Full-time opportunity ~ Busy and supportive warehouse environment ~ Opportunity to develop warehouse and MHE skills ~ If you are interested in this Warehouse Operative role in Wellingborough, apply today with your up-to-date CV and a member of the Quest Employment team will be in touch.
