Rework Operatives
for a busy warehouse operation in Desborough. You will be responsible for checking and reworking customer stock, ensuring products are correctly labelled, packaged and palletised before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Reworking stock to meet customer and site requirements
Applying and changing stickers and labels
Checking products and packaging for damage or errors
Repacking products where required
Palletising stock to specific requirements
Carrying out quality checks before dispatch
Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect stock
Supporting customer order preparation
Manual handling throughout the shift
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Following health & safety and warehouse procedures
The Ideal Candidate
Previous warehouse, rework, packing or production experience is advantageous
Good attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work at pace while maintaining quality
Good communication skills
Able to follow instructions and site procedures
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
