About the Role

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Returns Administrator - Warehouse to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual with previous warehouse or logistics administration experience. You will play an important role in ensuring customer and supplier returns are processed accurately, stock records remain up to date, and returns are dealt with efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer and supplier returns in line with company procedures
  • Inspect returned goods and identify faults, damages or discrepancies
  • Record return information accurately on the WMS/ERP system
  • Ensure returned stock is correctly allocated for restock, repair, quarantine, scrap or supplier return
  • Complete and maintain accurate returns documentation
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams regarding returns and queries
  • Keep inventory records accurate and assist with stock checks
  • Monitor and maintain the returns and quarantine areas
  • Provide updates on return progress and outcomes
  • Produce regular returns reports and identify recurring issues
  • Support investigations into stock discrepancies and repeated return issues
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & Safety

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced within warehouse, logistics or administration
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using computer systems and WMS/ERP software
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities
  • A strong problem solver with a methodical approach
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience with returns/RMA processes, stock control, warranty claims or Microsoft Excel.
