Experienced Reach Truck FLT Drivers Required - Wellingborough

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Wellingborough, NN8.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, ongoing warehouse work, consistent Monday to Friday shifts and the opportunity to earn up to £500 in additional attendance and performance bonuses.

Please note: Previous Reach Truck operating experience is essential. Accredited, in-house and expired Reach Truck licences will be considered.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are committed to long-term work beyond the November and December peak period.

This is not an FLT-only role. Candidates must be happy working both on and off the Reach Truck, supporting picking, packing, manual handling and general warehouse duties when required.

November & December Bonus - Earn Up to £500 Extra!

Eligible candidates can earn:

• November Bonus: £250

• December Bonus: £250

• Total Potential Bonus: £500

To qualify, candidates must:

• Maintain 100% attendance throughout the qualifying period, subject to permitted exceptions

• Arrive on time and complete scheduled shifts

• Maintain a positive attitude and follow workplace procedures

• Work safely and support colleagues

• Be flexible with reasonable changes to duties, departments and shift requirements

Candidates starting part-way through a qualifying period may qualify for a pro-rata bonus of £75 per week.

November's bonus is planned for payment on 27th November 2026, with December's planned for 18th December 2026, subject to payroll confirmation.

The bonus scheme is temporary and discretionary, running until 31st December 2026. Payments are subject to the qualifying attendance, performance and flexibility requirements. Each qualifying period is assessed separately.

The Role

As a Reach Truck FLT Driver, your duties may include:

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently

• Moving pallets and stock throughout the warehouse

• Putting away and retrieving goods from warehouse racking

• Replenishing picking locations

• Moving goods into designated storage areas

• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations

• Loading and unloading deliveries when required

• Handling palletised stock and materials safely

• Completing stock movements using warehouse systems

• Using handheld scanners and tablets where required

• Supporting picking, packing and order preparation

• Carrying out general warehouse duties when not operating the Reach Truck

• Completing daily forklift safety checks

• Reporting equipment faults, stock discrepancies or safety concerns

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

• Following all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have proven Reach Truck operating experience

• Hold a Reach Truck licence - accredited, in-house or expired licences considered

• Can provide evidence of previous forklift training or certification

• Have experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment

• Are confident operating around warehouse racking and stock locations

• Have good attention to detail and accuracy

• Are comfortable with loading, unloading and stock movement

• Have experience using warehouse systems or handheld scanners, desirable

• Are happy working both on and off the Reach Truck

• Are comfortable completing picking, packing and manual warehouse duties

• Have good knowledge of warehouse health and safety

• Are reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Are flexible and willing to support different warehouse tasks

• Are genuinely looking for long-term employment beyond December
