Quest Employment is currently recruiting Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT Drivers for our client based in Burton Latimer!
We have opportunities available across morning, afternoon and night shifts. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position with additional company benefits following successful completion of the temporary period.
Pay Rates & Shifts
Morning Shift
- Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- £14.06 per hour
Afternoon Shift
- Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- £14.69 per hour
Night Shift
- Sunday – Thursday: 10:00pm – 6:00am
- £15.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT equipment safely and efficiently.
- Moving, loading and unloading stock around the warehouse.
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.
- Picking and moving stock accurately to meet operational requirements.
- Completing general warehouse duties when required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT.
- Valid external or in-house FLT licences are accepted.
- Good awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- A reliable, hardworking attitude with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
