Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + £1.20 shift allowance (AM & PM) / £12.71 per hour + £1.68 shift allowance (Nights)

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operators on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Weedon, Northamptonshire. The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in the manufacturing of liquid pharmaceutical products, ensuring all processes are carried out in line with strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning duties
  • Operating production and bottling machinery
  • Accurately completing production documentation
  • Following GMP guidelines and company procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and health & safety
  • Reporting any faults, issues, or deviations promptly

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in:

  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Food production
  • FMCG or factory environments

You will also need to be:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • A strong team player
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes accurately
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including a 7-day rota
  • Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards

Previous experience with GMP, bottling lines, or packing lines is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
