Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + £1.20 p/h shift allowance (AM & PM shifts) / £12.71 per hour + £1.68 p/h shift allowance (Night shifts)

Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client. We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operators to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Weedon, Northamptonshire.

The Role

You will be supporting the production of liquid medicines while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning activities
  • Operating bottling and production machinery
  • Completing production documentation accurately
  • Following GMP procedures and company guidelines
  • Maintaining hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards
  • Reporting equipment faults, issues, or production deviations promptly

Candidate Requirements

We welcome applicants with experience in:

  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Food production
  • FMCG environments
  • Factory or production work

You should be:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts and a 7-day rota
  • Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards

Previous experience with GMP procedures, bottling lines, or packing lines is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
