- AM: Monday to Friday, 06:4514:45
- PM: Monday to Friday, 14:4522:45
- 30-minute unpaid break

Packing Machine Operators Required Weekly Pay
Quest Employment is currently recruiting Packing Machine Operators for a busy and growing food production site based in Brackmills, Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with relevant experience looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
You will be working in a fast-paced, clean and well-organised environment producing seasoning and spice blends for major UK brands.
The Role
As a Packing Machine Operator, your duties may include:
- Operating and monitoring high-speed packing machines
- Ensuring production lines run efficiently and safely
- Loading materials and assisting with line changeovers
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Recording production data and reporting faults
- Working closely with team members and line leaders
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced in machine xgikmsk operating or fast-paced production environments
- Familiar with packing lines or food manufacturing (advantageous)
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and hands-on
- Able to demonstrate good attention to detail
