- Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 03:00
- Sunday to Thursday, 20:00 - 05:00

Quest Employment is currently seeking skilled Bendi / Flexi Forklift Drivers to join a well-established warehouse operation in Lodge Farm, Northampton. This role offers consistent night shifts, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week period.
Role Responsibilities
- Safely operating a Bendi / Flexi forklift truck
- Putting stock away and replenishing picking areas
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Transporting goods across the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse tasks when required
- Ensuring all health and safety standards are followed
Requirements
- Hold a valid, in-date Bendi / Flexi licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT accredited)
- Have previous experience operating a Bendi / Flexi truck
- Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Be able to work independently and within a team
- Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
