Quest Employment is recruiting experienced
Reach Truck, Counterbalance and/or VNA Drivers
to support a very busy warehouse operation throughout the peak season. If you're reliable, hardworking and looking to boost your earnings before Christmas, this could be the opportunity for you. ?
PAY & SHIFTS
12-hour continental shifts Days:
10:00am – 10:00pm £14.07 per hour Nights:
10:00pm – 10:00am £15.83 per hour Rota: Weekly rotation Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday WEEKLY PEAK BONUS
Earn an additional
£50 per week
from
28/09/2026 to 16/11/2026
. The bonus will then increase to
£100 per week
from
23/11/2026 to 21/12/2026
. Potential to earn up to £900 extra throughout the peak period. TO QUALIFY FOR THE BONUS, YOU MUST:
Attend all scheduled shifts
Meet expected performance standards
Have no conduct or Health & Safety concerns
Work a minimum of 34.5 hours per week
Be available for additional shifts in December
Please note: Agency replacement/cover shifts do not qualify. The incentive is subject to eligibility criteria, management discretion and is non-contractual. Bonus payments are accrued weekly and paid monthly. ? YOUR DUTIES
Operating Reach Truck, Counterbalance and/or VNA safely and efficiently
Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
Loading and unloading pallets
Putting stock away into designated locations
Retrieving stock from racking as required
Ensuring pallets are moved and positioned safely
Supporting warehouse operations where required
Carrying out daily equipment checks
Following warehouse processes and site procedures
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Following all Health & Safety and MHE procedures
Working efficiently to meet daily performance targets
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Valid and in-date Reach Truck, Counterbalance and/or VNA licence
Previous MHE experience (Reach Truck, Counterbalance and/or VNA)
Confident operating a Reach Truck in a busy warehouse environment
Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse duties
Able to work at pace and meet performance targets
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available to support additional shifts during the December peak
