This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee workshop operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role As the Workshop / Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, acting as the vital link between the office and production teams.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily running of the workshop and production department.
Coordinate communication between the office and workshop to ensure smooth workflow.
Plan and prioritise production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Lead, motivate and develop the workshop team.
Monitor production progress and resolve any operational issues.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workshop organisation.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Workshop or Production Manager role within the woodworking or joinery industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience coaching, training and developing workshop staff.
Good understanding of production planning, workflow management and stock control.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Forklift licence.
Competitive salary of £44,000 £47,000 per annum .
