About the role
Were recruiting Skilled Packing Operatives to support our packing line in a busy food production facility. This is a hands-on role focused on manual packing, line support, and basic quality checks using our RedZone system.
Key responsibilities

Pack and prepare finished ingredients for dispatch

Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling as part of daily duties

Perform basic checks on the iPad RedZone System and complete required documentation

Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with food safety standards

Work closely with the team to meet daily production targets
What were looking for

Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or general operative roles (food production is a plus)

Communicative English able to understand instructions and speak with team members and supervisors

Comfortable with basic iPad checks and following on-screen prompts
