Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced and reliable MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7. This is a key role within the warehouse team, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures.
Shift Options
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 - 14:00 (Early Shift)
- 14:00 - 22:00 (Late Shift)
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, operating MHE equipment and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance trucks
- Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently
- Completing and checking relevant paperwork and documentation
- Conducting pre-use equipment checks
- Identifying and reporting stock, racking or equipment issues
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe working areas
- Supporting other warehouse functions and cross-training where required
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (In-house licences accepted)
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Reliable, safety-conscious and team-focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and site procedures
