We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Moulton Park site. This is an afternoon/evening shift role and will involve operating a counterbalance forklift truck alongside general warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving, stacking, and storing products within the warehouse
- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
- Manual handling and some heavy lifting
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (minimum requirement)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Good attention to detail and timekeeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
