Recycling Operatives – Picking £12.71 per hour days | £12.91 per hour nights We are recruiting Recycling Operatives to work on a busy recycling line, sorting recyclable materials and helping keep the production line running smoothly. Shift Patterns: Days: 6am–6pm – £12.71 per hour Nights: 6pm–6am – £12.91 per hour The Role: Sort and pick recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt. Separate materials and remove unwanted waste. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Follow health and safety procedures and wear the required PPE. Work as part of a team to meet production targets. What We're Looking For: Reliable, hardworking and punctual. Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious attitude.
