Warehouse Operative / Handballer Northampton Cross Logistics Park, NN4 9FH £12.71 per hour Rotational Shifts | Monday – Friday + Every Second Sunday Ongoing Temporary Role Quest Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Handballers for a busy warehouse operation based at Northampton Cross Logistics Park (NN4) . This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role involving the manual handling of large and heavy garden furniture , so candidates must be comfortable with regular heavy lifting and working as part of a team. Shift Pattern This role operates on a rotational shift pattern : Week 1 Monday – Friday 10:30 – 19:00 Week 2 Sunday: 07:00 – 16:00 Followed by 4 days: 06:00 – 14:30 With 1 weekday off (this day rotates each week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) This means every second week starts with a Sunday shift followed by early shifts . The Role You will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, mainly unloading containers and handling heavy products ready for storage or distribution.
