Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN4
Pay Rate: £12.89 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday | 09:00–17:00
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary | Temp to Perm

Warehouse Operatives Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a busy warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton.
We are looking for candidates with previous warehouse experience and good scanning experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A Forklift licence would be a bonus, but it is not essential for this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable full-time hours, weekly pay and the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:
- Picking and moving stock around the warehouse
- Using handheld scanners to accurately record stock movements
- Loading and unloading goods
- Checking incoming and outgoing stock
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Labelling and organising stock
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Key Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous warehouse experience
- Have experience using handheld scanners
- Are confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Are comfortable with manual handling
- Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Have a good understanding of warehouse procedures
- Hold a Forklift licence – advantageous but not essential
