The Role
As a Skilled Cable Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of electrical and data cables to precise specifications, with a strong focus on soldering and high-quality finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling power, data, and electrical cables to specification
- Soldering components and connections to a high standard
- Crimping, stripping, and terminating wires
- Using hand tools and semi-automated equipment
- Reading and following written and visual technical instructions
- Carrying out quality checks on completed work
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working to production targets and deadlines
