Resources / Recruitment Administrator Location: Northampton Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:30 Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate Start Available The Role Quest Employment is looking for a Resources / Recruitment Administrator to join our Northampton team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to people and, most importantly, willing to learn and develop . Previous recruitment experience is not essential – we are looking for the right attitude and someone who wants to build a career within recruitment. The role will initially focus on supporting the branch during a busy period, with the opportunity for the right person to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position once the peak period has finished. For the right candidate, there will also be opportunities to develop their sales and business development skills , including learning how to build relationships with clients and support new business activity. Key Responsibilities Looking after the branch reception and welcoming candidates and visitors Completing daily administration tasks Making bookings and updating the CRM system Handling telephone calls with candidates and clients Searching for suitable candidates on job boards Posting and managing job adverts Updating and maintaining multiple spreadsheets Supporting Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity Registering and assisting candidates through the recruitment process Supporting client visits and meetings when required General office and branch support Skills
