This is a great opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience within a footwear, garment, textile or manufacturing environment. The role would suit someone who has a strong eye for detail, understands production flow, and can support a team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. As a Closing Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and workflow are maintained. Supervising the Closing Room team and supporting daily production Monitoring quality standards throughout the department Allocating work based on team skills, priorities and production needs Liaising with planning, managers and other departments to maintain production flow Reporting any production issues or delays promptly Supporting hands-on production work when required Have experience within footwear, garment, textile or manufacturing environments Have strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach Are confident managing workflow and production priorities Are happy to be hands-on and support production when needed Monday to Friday daytime hours Early finish every Friday Full-time opportunity Factory holiday calendar in place Long-term career opportunity
