Quest Employment is recruiting an experienced Flexi / Bendi Forklift Driver to join a busy furniture warehouse in the Market Deeping area.
We're looking for someone who is confident operating an articulated forklift truck, takes pride in doing things properly and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up!
The Role
You'll play an important part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, safely moving stock, preparing orders and supporting the wider warehouse team.
What You'll Be Doing

Operating a Flexi / Bendi forklift truck safely and confidently.

Loading and unloading deliveries.

Moving and storing stock within warehouse racking.

Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

Handling bulky furniture products safely.

Supporting stock checks and general warehouse operations.

Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy and organised.
What You'll Need

Previous Flexi / Bendi forklift experience is essential.

A valid Flexi / Bendi forklift licence or recognised training certification is preferred.

Previous warehouse or distribution experience.

Good attention to detail and a strong safety-first attitude.

Reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in!
What You Might Not Like
This isn't a forklift-only position!
You'll also be helping with general warehouse duties, including manual handling, picking and loading.
If you're looking to sit on a truck all day, this probably isn't the role for you!
