Shifts: Rotational (6am2pm / 2pm10pm)

About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with real potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.

Report any machinery faults, malfunctions, or downtime immediately to the supervisor or engineer.

Carry out regular quality checks to ensure all products meet required specifications.

Record production and quality data accurately throughout the shift.

Complete basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
-
Load materials onto machines and ensure continuous supply during production.

Remove finished goods safely and prepare them for dispatch or further processing.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised workstation at all times.

Follow all Health & Safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.

Support with general housekeeping duties across the production area.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Adhere to company policies, production standards, and operational procedures.

Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery when required.
About You:

Previous experience operating machinery or working in a production environment.

Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.

Able to work both early and late shifts on rotation.

Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn new skills.
