Warehouse Packer (Part Time) – Lutterworth


We are currently recruiting Warehouse Packers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Lutterworth. This is a part-time, ongoing temporary position, ideal for reliable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.


Working Hours –


4pm-8pm // Monday to Friday


Pay rate -


£12.58 per hour


Key Responsibilities:



  • Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Checking products for quality before packing.

  • Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

  • Following health and safety procedures at all times.

  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.


Requirements:



  • Previous warehouse or packing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Reliable with good timekeeping.

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.


Important Information:



  • This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential for long-term work.

  • Due to the fixed working hours and the ongoing nature of the role, this position is ideally suited to applicants who are available for consistent Monday to Friday afternoon shifts. As such, this role is not suitable for students and we regret to inform that we cannot employ students due to this.

  • All successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check prior to starting work. This is a mandatory requirement set by our client.

  • Shift finish times are dependent on workload and operational requirements. As a result, finish times cannot be guaranteed and may vary from day to day. Applicants must be flexible and willing to work until the day's workload has been completed.
