Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and a consistent Monday to Friday working pattern.
The Role
- Processing, picking, moving and preparing stock and orders
- Carrying out product labelling accurately and efficiently
- Processing and preparing stock and orders for despatch
- Checking products, labels, stock and order information for accuracy
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse using appropriate equipment where required
- Following operational procedures, site instructions and health and safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse operation as required
- Identifying and reporting stock, process, labelling or despatch discrepancies
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements
- Carrying out general warehouse and despatch duties as required
Key Skills and Experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Physically capable of carrying out normal warehouse duties
- Able to work accurately and efficiently
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and able to commit to the Monday to Friday shift pattern
- Previous warehouse, labelling, picking, packing or despatch experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
