Warehouse Operatives Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and a regular 10-hour shift pattern.
The Role
- Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Processing, picking, moving and preparing stock and orders as required
- Following operational procedures and instructions to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements
- Reporting stock, process or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
Key Skills and Experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to commit to working 5 days out of 7
- Able to work a 7:00am start and complete the 10-hour shift
- Have good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- Physically capable of carrying out normal warehouse duties
- Positive and dependable with a strong team-working approach
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
