Transport & Warehouse Administrators Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Transport & Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and growing company based in Lutterworth, LE17.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with experience in transport, logistics or warehouse environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, arranging transport and supporting the wider warehouse operation.
The Role As a Transport & Warehouse Administrator, your duties may include:
Booking deliveries with carriers
Arranging transport and obtaining transport quotes
Coordinating deliveries and collections
Updating and maintaining information on SAP and warehouse management systems
Communicating with carriers, customers and internal teams
Responding to queries via email, Teams and telephone
Using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting the wider warehouse and transport operation
General administrative duties
Key Skills and Experience We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Strong communication skills
Previous experience booking deliveries with carriers
SAP knowledge
Experience using warehouse management systems
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
Experience obtaining and arranging transport quotes
Confidence communicating via email, Teams and telephone
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach
Ability to work well as part of a team
