Quest Employment is currently recruiting Dispatch Packers on behalf of our client based in Lutterworth (LE17). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse team, offering regular weekday hours with overtime available.
Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm (Work to Finish)
Overtime: Available
The Role
As a Dispatch Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Preparing orders for dispatch to meet daily deadlines.
- Labelling and checking packages before shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Working as part of a team to ensure all orders are completed on time.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse or packing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
