Despatch Operatives Required Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Despatch Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and regular afternoon/evening hours.

Please note: Candidates must be flexible to stay beyond 9:00pm where required to complete the day's work.

The Role

  • Processing and preparing stock and orders for despatch accurately and efficiently
  • Moving stock safely around the warehouse using the appropriate equipment where required
  • Following site procedures, instructions and health and safety requirements
  • Checking stock and order information for accuracy
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and a safe, organised working environment
  • Working effectively with colleagues to meet daily operational requirements
  • General warehouse and despatch duties as required

  • Reliable and punctual with good attendance
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Have good attention to detail and a practical approach to warehouse work
  • Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
