Despatch Operatives Required Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting Despatch Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and regular afternoon/evening hours.
Please note: Candidates must be flexible to stay beyond 9:00pm where required to complete the day's work.
The Role
- Processing and preparing stock and orders for despatch accurately and efficiently
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse using the appropriate equipment where required
- Following site procedures, instructions and health and safety requirements
- Checking stock and order information for accuracy
- Maintaining good housekeeping and a safe, organised working environment
- Working effectively with colleagues to meet daily operational requirements
- General warehouse and despatch duties as required
Key Skills and Experience
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Have good attention to detail and a practical approach to warehouse work
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Flexible to stay beyond scheduled hours when required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, despatch, picking, packing or logistics experience would be beneficial but is not essential
