Quest Employment are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our recycling plant team in Sharnbrook.
Role
- £14.50 p/h
- Temp-Perm position
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Additional hours may be required depending on business needs) 7:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Daily production planning across both balers
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting downtime
- Organising and planning workload for site cleaners
- Carrying out yard inspections and ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Supporting smooth day-to-day plant operations
- Supervising production activities and ensuring targets are met
- Leading and motivating the team on site
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within recycling, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- FLT licence preferred
- Experience in team management and production planning
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
