We are looking for a friendly and professional Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at a prestigious luxury hotel and resort. If you thrive on delivering outstanding service from the very first interaction, this could be the role for you.
What you'll do:
- Respond to reservation enquiries by phone, email and webchat with warmth and accuracy
- Work closely with hotel teams (events, spa, golf, F&B etc.) to coordinate bookings and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate reservation records in the booking system
- Provide a high level of service from initial enquiry through to arrival
- Flexibly cover rota-based shifts, including some weekends
